Our Technical Alignment Manager (TAM) will perform audits on over 350 questions designed to measure your company’s technical alignment to Best IT Practices. Through this process, most items will be remediated by the TAM as part of our monthly services. Other items may become recommendations for additional projects and relayed to the vCIO.
vCIO Strategy Meeting:
Our vCIO will provide periodic structured recommendations and budget plans for improvements to your IT infrastructure. The vCIO relies on the standards review and feedback from Service Desk and Project Team techs to provide the best solutions for your company.
Meetings with the vCIO are proactively scheduled, but are also available anytime the customer needs an update. In these meetings the vCIO will review the overall health of your IT infrastructure and discuss any outstanding issues. These meetings are also opportunities to gather feedback and business updates from the customer which provides valuable insight to the future projects or plans.
