In the majority of cases, we can resolve your technology issues remotely.  Our custom software enables us to connect to your workstation without opening your network's firewall, exposing your network to unknown security risks, or you having to install additional software.

When prompted to by one of our technicians, please follow this document to launch our Remote Assistance software.

Due to the fact that our software is packaged as an executable, your browser may give you several security warnings, please accept them, and continue to run the program.

After clicking the link above, you will see the following prompt, please choose run:






















Once the program has been saved to a temporary directory, Windows will ask you to verify you would like to run the software, choose run.


















After executing, the software will present you with the below menu, double-click the name of the technician you are working with.
